Job Description:

DIRECTOR OF CHANNEL SALES AND OEM

The FADEL team is expanding globally. We are looking for exceptional channel sales professionals to help us grow.

As the Director of Channels and OEM you will win, maintain and expand FADEL’s relationships with assigned channel partners. This is a quota based role, and you will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

The Channel Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales.

The position can be based at Rye, NY or LA, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop relationships with SIs, resellers and OEMs (Partners)
Drive pipeline progression and sales through partner channels. Identify, evaluate, develop and close opportunities
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel. Coordinate partner on-boarding, training and mentoring
Proactively lead a joint planning process that develops mutual performance objectives associated with a productive partner relationship.
Collaborate with Field Sales and Product Management
Proactively assess partner needs on an ongoing basis
Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements
Participate in partner shows, training and meetings as appropriate.
Generate additional demand through various partner events.
Maintain channel partner account information.
Escalate and resolve channel partner issues when required and appropriate.
Monitor selling and pricing practices and ensure that partners adhere to FADEL’s programs.

EXPERIENCE

7-10 years channel sales experience ideally from enterprise software and SaaS space
Understanding of IP and Royalty space
Successful track record of closing
Self-starter
Ability to contribute to sales training and workshop sessions
Bachelor’s degree preferred
